We have a 30 days return policy on all items on our site. All returns must be in new and unused condition (opening sachet pouch is the accepted). To start a return please email info@autumnmooncandle.com for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) number. We can provide a return label for $6 (deducted from the amount refunded) or you can return on your own (we recommend tracking).
