How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders generally ship 1-2 business days after receiving. If there are any delays it will be posted on the announcement bar at the top of the page.
I accidentally put the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
Please email info@autumnmooncandle.com with the correct shipping address. If the order has not shipped we will update it.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30 days return policy on most items on our site. All returns must be in new and unused condition (opening sachet pouches is the exception). To start a return please email info@autumnmooncandle.com for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, so we recommend a trackable method.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $6 under $125. All orders over $125 automatically receive free shipping.
